Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of X-SIGINT ("the Service"), a real-time open-source intelligence platform. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
X-SIGINT correlates real-time signals from open sources — news, aircraft and vessel telemetry, conflict reporting, satellite imagery, and other public OSINT feeds — into a single intelligence picture. The Service is provided for informational and situational-awareness purposes. It is not a sanctioned source of record and must not be used as the sole basis for operational, financial, medical, legal, or safety-of-life decisions.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription & Payments
The Pro plan and optional data add-ons are billed in advance on a monthly basis in USD through our payment processor, Dodo Payments. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period (see our Refund Policy for the limited cases where refunds apply). Prices and included features may change with at least 14 days' notice for existing subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the Service without authorization; (e) redistribute or resell Service data without written authorization; (f) use the Service to identify, surveil, target, or harm specific individuals; (g) use the Service in any way that violates export controls or sanctions applicable to you.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by X-SIGINT and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. News content aggregated by the Service remains the property of its respective publishers.
7. Data Accuracy & OSINT Disclaimer
The Service aggregates and synthesises data from third-party open sources. Many of these sources are unverified, partial, or adversarial in nature. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information surfaced by the Service, and source labels and confidence scores are estimates, not warranties. You assume full responsibility for any decision made on the basis of Service output and agree to independently verify before acting. The Service is not designed for, and must not be used as, the sole input to: critical-infrastructure operations, military targeting, emergency response dispatch, or any other safety-of-life context.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, X-SIGINT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
