Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds are available for X-SIGINT subscriptions, how to request one, and how we handle service disruptions. The Free plan remains available at no cost.
1. Cancellation
Once paid plans launch, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
We will offer a full refund if requested within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase or renewal. To request a refund, contact us with your account email and reason for the request.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through our payment processor and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided for: (a) requests made after the 7-day refund window; (b) accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service; (c) partial months of service after cancellation.
5. Service Disruption
In the event of extended service outages (exceeding 24 consecutive hours) not caused by scheduled maintenance, we may issue pro-rata credits at our discretion.
